1. Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in or before check-in. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, etc.
2. Individual bookings made on the website initially have the status of non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed bookings are valid until 18:00 on the previous day of arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed bookings in case of late payment.
3. You can make your booking guaranteed by making a payment using a bank card in the amount of the cost of 1 night's accommodation. In case you do not check in at the hotel or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before arrival, the prepayment amount is not refundable.
4. By confirming a hotel room reservation, the guest accepts and agrees to the above-mentioned terms, including the cancellation policy and the rules applicable in case of no-show.
5. Prices are indicated in tenge. Payment for accommodation is made in tenge. We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or by bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Non-refundable rate — online rate with full prepayment of the service, at a specified time from the moment of booking.
Non-refundable rate is valid in all business hotels of the chain and includes breakfast.
Payment is accepted only by credit card.
Non-refundable rate is valid for advance booking and 100% prepayment of accommodation, cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, no-show or reduction of accommodation, refund for this rate is not provided. Guest's stay is extended at the current rate valid at the time of extension.
Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer.
Loyalty cards do not apply to this special offer.
When choosing a non-refundable rate, the guest automatically agrees to these rules.
In case of payment for services by an individual in cash or by credit card, the reporting documents will be issued to the individual. To obtain documents for a legal entity, you must notify the receptionist or the reservations department and provide the company details before making the payment.
1. Cancellation of a reservation more than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (check-in date) is free of charge.

3. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (check-in date) or in case of no-show, the prepayment amount is not refundable and is considered a penalty.

The room price includes: accommodation, Wi-Fi, taxes (except tourist tax). From 01.01.2023, in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rates of the tourist tax for foreigners have been established.
