The rules of reservation and stay of hotel Reikartz 2017 Hotel

1. The rooms allocated to our guests are ready every day at 14:00.
2. Check-out time from our hotel is 12:00.
3. If your stay is shorter than one night, a “full stay” fee is charged according to standard check-in and check-out times. A nightly fee is charged, taking into account the check-out time.
4. Guests who check out early from the hotel agree to pay for 1 day’s stay and the services provided when they inform us 24 hours before the check-out date.
5. All taxes and breakfast are included in our room prices.
6. Guests who present a passport or ID are allocated their rooms after filling out the registration card.

1. Children under 5 years inclusive are accommodated free of charge in one room with parents without extra bed. For accommodation of children over 5 years, adults and for the extra bed in the room for children under 5 years an additional fee is charged in the room according to the hotel price list. The cost can be found by contacting the hotel or the central reservation department, and also via the booking module on the website turkinnhotels.com
2. The Guest has the right to invite visitors to his/her room from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm. If the visitor stays in the room after 11:00, the Guest must pay the difference between double and single accommodation in case the Guest has already payed only for single accommodation. If two Guests have already been registered in the room, the Guest will be charged according to the hotel's price list for accommodating adults with extra bed in the room.
3. The Guest is obliged to compensate the damage to the hotel in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and is also responsible for the violation, caused by invited persons (visitors). The damage is determined by the hotel administration.

1. Smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs throughout the hotel (in rooms, corridors, lounges and restaurants, etc.) is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in a specially designated place.
2. For smoking in prohibited places, the Guest undertakes to pay a penalty of 50% of the value of the Room per day for each violation.

1. In case of early check-in to our hotel between 00:00-06:00, an additional payment of one night's accommodation fee for the room is required. This fee includes breakfast.
2. In case of early check-in to our hotel between 06:00-14:00, 50% of the room's nightly fee is required. This fee includes breakfast.
3. Late check-outs after 13:00 and before 23:00 are subject to an additional fee of 10% of the nightly accommodation fee per hour.

1. Our hotel room fees are collected during the guest's registration process.
2. Payments are made in "Turkish Lira (TL)". Payments can be made with cash, credit card, bank card, money order/EFT, international online payment systems.
3. Our guests' children up to 5 years old can stay in the same room with their parents free of charge without requesting an extra bed.
4. If an extra bed is provided for children under five years old, an additional fee is requested.
5. Children over five years old are subject to a fee.
6. Child and extra bed prices can be learned from our reservation department by phone or from the reservation module on our website.

1. Non-guaranteed reservations made by our guests are valid until 18:00 the evening before the check-in date. Our hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the specified time.
2. In order to guarantee the reservation, 1 night's accommodation fee and accommodation tax must be paid when making the reservation.
3. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the hotel check-in time, payments are not refunded. Refunds are made for reservation cancellations more than 24 hours later.
4. In case the reservation is canceled before 24 hours of the check-in date or if the hotel is not checked-in, the prepayment is not refunded.
5. Guests who confirm the hotel reservation accept the aforementioned conditions according to the rules that apply in case of non-check-in with the reservation cancellation procedure.

1. To carry out of the restaurant dishes, cutlery, food and drinks without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
2. To bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects dangerous to human life. 
3. Leave room to unknown persons (persons who did not complete and did not sign the guest registration card), and pass them the keys to the rooms.
4. To use electric heating appliances, not included in room equipment.
5. To use hotel and room equipment for other purposes.
6. To make noise and disturb hotel guests after 10:00 pm and until 08 a.m.
7. To bring and keep firearms, gas, pneumatic and other weapons, special equipment, armament, devices and ammunitions for them on the territory of the hotel. In case if the Guest has any kind of the weapon, special devices and means, ammunitions and bullets for them the hotel has the right to refuse of settlement.

1. Pets are only allowed in certain rooms. A prior consultation/agreement must be made for pet accommodation.
2. Our guests can only stay with small dogs. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse accommodation with an animal.
3. A maximum of two pets are allowed in the rooms. A living fee of 50% of the single night accommodation fee is charged for each animal. The length of the guest's stay is not taken into account in determining this fee.
4. Our guests are required to present a pet passport and a vaccination certificate from a veterinarian for the animals they bring with them.

Invited hospitality: Hotel guests are required by law to register if they want to host guests in their rooms. Guests are responsible for any violations and damages caused by the people they invite. Guests are obliged to compensate for any damages or losses incurred by hotel fixtures in the rooms. The amount of damage is determined by the hotel management. It is forbidden to accommodate unknown persons or persons who are not registered in the rooms and to give keys to these persons.
Smoking: Smoking all kinds of products such as cigarettes and cigars, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited in all rooms of our hotel, in the lobby, corridors, lounges and restaurants throughout the hotel. Those who wish to smoke cigarettes or tobacco products can only use designated areas. Guests who violate the smoking ban in the said areas undertake to pay a fine of 50% of the daily room price.
Weapons: It is forbidden to keep dangerous substances, items and materials such as firearms, gas and pneumatic weapons, special weapons, bullets and ammunition in common areas and rooms of the hotel. In this case, the hotel management has the right to refuse accommodation.
Fixtures: It is forbidden to use electric heaters other than room fixtures. It is forbidden to use fixtures, equipment and materials in the hotel and the room for purposes other than their intended purpose. It is forbidden to take plates, cutlery, food and drinks out of the restaurant.

Noise: It is forbidden for our guests to listen to loud music, make noise and behave in a manner that disturbs other guests, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

If a third-party agency providing hotel services is used, the hotel indicates this information on the invoice. The invoice also notes the person on whose behalf the agency representative directly provided hotel services to consumers.
