Autobiography: in 2007 graduated from the hotel and restaurant business department of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, became Master of Hotel and Restaurant Business. Immediately after graduation took up a leading position in the hotel at the Academy of President, was engaged in ACHO activities of the hotel and launch of the program for automation of the SPR, having worked for the position for the year, there was a multi-level competition for the position of assistant head of the department in the five-star Intercontinental Hotel Kiev. After, I decided to try my hand at tourism, took the position of the manager of foreign tourists reception and visa support in one of the operators companies. Then I set myself the goal of becoming part of the Reikartz team. The journey was not easy, the interview was not on the first try, but my persistence paid off and in a few months I was offered the position of sales manager in Kiev.

Career path with Reikarts: sales manager in Kiev (development and search for new clients for Kiev hotels) - manager for regional development - manager for working with key clients of the network. First of all, for my development, I do more than what I have to do, constantly improve, always take an active position, submit ideas for the development of the sales department, increase revenue from existing companies and develop them the most profitable way.

Motivation in work: the desire to be better, to receive grateful feedback for the quality work from the guests of the company.

How I see my further development in the company: my company is developing, and I am confident that there will be both career growth and the opportunity to take part in new projects with interesting tasks.

Autobiography: graduated from Lviv State University of Physical Culture. Studying on the 1 course, received first work experience, working as a waiter in a pizzeria. At the third year of university began working on the specialty - a fencer in a sports school.

Career path in Reikartz: in 2007 came to the position of security inspector. After 3 years was offered the position of a senior inspector of the hotels Reikarts Dworzec and Reikarts Medival. Thanks diligence, responsibility, advice and recommendations of the mentor, now I occupy the post of Regional Security Chief and supervise 4 objects of the hotel chain.

Autobiography: in 2015 graduated from Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy. After the second and third year went to the USA on the program work'n'travel, where I got my first work experience in a supermarket and a restaurant. The bonus to experience was unforgettable impressions and, of course, a lot of useful skills in work and communication with people. I came to Reikarts Hotels as an intern, for practice from the university but, by a lucky chance, the hotel opened vacancy of a receptionist, which I was offered to take.

Career path in Reikartz: my path began with the host resepcionist. I was always interested in other services and processes in the hotel - how living organism lives. My desire was to find out what is happening at all stages and has become the driving force in the work. But, as we all know, one desire is not enough. We need a lot of motivation, which will not allow us to stop along this path. My motivation was two factors - my managers who gave feedback and evaluation of my work, as well as the company that gave a chance to try myself in a new position - the head of reception. Back home, to Kharkov, with the upgrading of the position of chief of service to the deputy manager, new horizons opened up in front of me. The work in the hotel and restaurant is dynamic, the process of acquiring new skills, experience and knowledge never stops. Having taken the position of manager at the end of 2016, I began to apply even more efforts to broaden my horizons and get the necessary knowledge.

Motivation in work: I am always motivated by the result, sometimes even worse than good. I do not like it when work is done "through my sleeves". And of course, like any person, I am pleased to see the fruits of the work done: good reviews of guests, satisfied colleagues face, boiling work.

The greatest achievement in life: is yet to come!

Secrets of Productivity: Always be honest with yourself and your guest, be able to accept failure as an excellent excuse for self-improvement and a lesson that will help you achieve great peaks. And, of course, a positive attitude. What if not a positive and a sense of humor allows you to find a way out of any situation dealing with people.

Sources of inspiration: the daily source of inspiration was and is a new goal and an understanding of what else is, where to grow and develop.

Hobbies: I like cooking, especially baking

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz: every day gives an opportunity to learn something new, the main thing is not to miss this very opportunity. Do not be afraid to leave the comfort zone, because only in this way you can achieve a maximum and surprise yourself and others.

How I see my further development in the company: to begin with, to complete the stage of the managing trainee and successfully transfer to the category of an independent manager.
 

Autobiography: at school I really wanted to follow in the footsteps of my father and become a military man, since my father graduated from Riga Higher Military School and was a lieutenant colonel. But it so happened that I went to study at Kharkov State Higher School of Physical Culture. At the end of the school in front of me was the question of whether I want to continue my career in sports. For myself, I concluded that fighting for me is still a pleasant hobby, although it has achieved some success. Then, at the same time, I graduated from Kharkov professional lyceum of food technology and trade (specialty cook-waiter-bartender) and Kharkov State University of Nutrition and Trade (specialty engineer-technologist). My first experience was in the position of a waiter. After a while I took the post of bartender, then the restaurant administrator. For the further growth and development in the restaurant industry, I really wanted to cover the work of the kitchen. In October 2011, I came for an interview at the hotel Reykarts Kharkov for the position of Cheif assistant. After an internship in the hotel Reikarts Dnepropetrovsk, I returned to Kharkov as a cook.

Career path with Reikartz: from 2011 to 2017, I held the following positions: Cheif assistant, cook, senior chef and chef. During this period I've been working already in the third hotel of our chain. I was lucky, I went on business trips and saw other restaurants of our chain: Dnepropetrovsk, Polyana, Rivne, Vinnitsa, Zaporozhye, Krivoy Rog, Kropivnitsky. I believe that business trips to other hotels are an excellent development tool.

In April 2018, I got a new position at the Central office of the Management Company — a technologist in the department of Food and Beverage (F&B), and soon in April 2019 I became a project manager in the department of Food and Beverage (F&B).

Motivation in work: to achieve professionalism in any work, an employee should strive to become the best in his specialty. The enthusiastic person will necessarily grow in a post and will continuously develop in itself additional skills. At various stages of growth and development of a person, motivation is peculiar to change. Of course, no one has canceled the financial aspect in the motivation of any of us. But if this question is omitted, then at the moment the key motivation for me is development.

The greatest achievement in life: it is very difficult to answer this question. We change every day and change our attitude to what is happening. For example, in the first year of our life, our first steps can be considered the greatest achievement, and in the student's years - the "safe" graduation from the university.

Secrets of productivity: there is a very good quote that I remember: "I'm not trying to dance better than others. I'm only trying to dance better than myself. " It seems to me that I have long been following this principle unconsciously. Following him, I constantly improve my "yesterday's" result.

Sources of inspiration: my beloved wife!

Hobbies: The main hobby in ife is my job!

Personal success formula: to leave the comfort zone !!! Business trips, changing the environment, new teams, a new menu and dishes, and, of course, new guests. All this gives "acceleration" to our development.

Advice to a beginner career in Reikartz: our network gives a huge opportunity to young, quite "green", not yet specialists, to begin their career in the hotel or restaurant area. If you really have a lot of interest and desire to grow, and not just go to work and get paid, there is everything and even more.

How I see my further development in the company: by the end of 2017 - the chef of the hotel group of our network; By the end of 2018 - the chef of all the hotels of our network.

Autobiography: graduated from the Lviv Institute of Economics and Tourism, specialty - manager of the hotel and tourism sector. The first work experience was like a a waiter. Сame to Reikartz for the positin of receptionist.

Career path with Reikartz: initially worked as the receptionist, the head of the reception and accommodation service, then became the hotel manager. Moved to the Management Company and took the post of deputy head of the Western hotel block, after became the head of the Western block of hotels. Later was transferred to the city of Kiev to the position of the head of the central hotel block. During the launch of Optima Rivne hotel, worked as a hotel manager. At the moment, I hold two positions - Deputy Operations Director and Head of Network Housekeeping Service.

She did enough for her career development, namely, she read professional literature from various sources, studied, including studying the standards of other services and normative documents (even when the porter worked) to understand how everyone should work and interact. There was a great desire to develop, grow professionally, it is interesting to travel around Ukraine (often moved, went on business trips). New people give new experience, a new approach to solving issues. It is important for employees (and the manager as well) to work as needed (according to the standard, according to the law, responsibly, to the result), and not so that everyone around likes.

Motivation in work: new work experience, development as a professional in the hotel industry, opportunity to travel around Ukraine and abroad.

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz:  to have patience, understanding and a lot of work :)

How I see my further development in the company: as we go beyond the borders of Ukraine, it will be interesting to work with new countries, share work experience, knowledge, study the specifics of the work, find new suppliers, new concepts / approaches to the organization of the hotel.
 

Autobiography: choosing a profession, I clearly understood that I want to develop in the field of hospitality, so I went to study at Cherkassy National University, specializing in restaurant business. Of course, everyone who plans to develop and work in the hospitality sphere wants to be administrators or managers, but only a few understands the specifics of this work. To become a good manager you need to go through all the stages of development, starting from the very beginning. The first work experience was a position of waiter in one restaurant and hotel complex, where a year later I became an administrator. It is difficult to achieve great heights in single hotels, another thing is in the hotels and restaurants that belong to chains. In 2013, the desire to grow and develop led me to Reikarts company. The hotel Optima was opened in Cherkassy and I was accepted for the position of portier.

Career path with Reikartz: After working for more than two years as a portier, the work reached automation and I was transferred to the position of senior receptionist. After 6 months, the desire to grow and learn new things, led me to the post of administrator of the restaurant "Provence", where I thoroughly studied the specifics of the restaurant at the hotel. And six months later, I moved to work in a new place - the Georgian cafe "Stumari".

Motivation in work: my team and love for what I do and what I do. Also, good mentors who know how to motivate can push and support at the right time.

The biggest achievement in life: of course, I am pleased with my achievements in the company, however, there are a lot of oportunities to grow, to develop and to learn. I do not consider any of my achievements to be "big." I really hope that I have really great achievements in the future.

Secrets of productivity: I do not represent any merit without perseverance, purposefulness and the main thing is belief in myself and in my strength. I do not see the difficulties that I encountered as failures, but I look at them as an opportunity to test myself, to get a new experience.

Sources of inspiration: when you see that satisfied guests leave positive feedback, and you are involved in this - it really inspires. I'm very demanding to myself, and accordingly to others and my team, I try to be their support and example. My team is also very inspiring.

Hobbies: I can not imagine my life without sports and reading books.

Personal success formula: everything is very simple: Love what you do! Remember that in the world there is nothing impossible, all the restrictions are only in our head.

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz: in order to achieve something, you need to work and first of all work on yourself! Develop, learn, do not be afraid to set goals and achieve them, and you will always succeed!

How I see my further development in the company: at the moment I'm developing in restaurant service and I still have something to learn. I can only say that I'm not afraid of difficulties, I'm ready to work and develop together with Reikarts.

Self-portrait: throughout 2007-2012. Studied at the Institute of Foreign Philology of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, graduated with a master's degree in "Philology. English Language and Literature ". Before the beginning of the academic year, several proposals were received from educational institutions of Zhytomyr about employment. I was not ready to work as a teacher, so I started looking for something more interesting, and as a result, accidentally got to information about recruiting employees for the position of the porter in the new opening hotel of the company Reykarts. After studying all the information about the company, immediately realized: "I want to go there!".

Career path with Reikartz: by the time of sending my resume, the porter's job was already closed, and I was offered a job as a doorman, to which I immediately agreed. I do not know why, but at that time I understood - "the doorman is only the beginning", and it's always necessary to start with something, not always and immediately it turns out to become a director.

About a month later, the NSPR vacancy became actual in the hotel. I had the hope that someone from the porter would be promoted and get a vacant position. A few days later, I was summoned to the management and began to conduct an interview. After an oral interview and a test of knowledge in practice, I was given a trial probation for the position of the NPRP, bypassing the post of the porter. For some time I sat and did not believe in what was happening! At the position of the NPRS I worked for 1.5 years. Then I was transferred to another position.

Due to the expansion of the network, the increase in the number of hotels and restaurants, in July 2019 the management of the company made the decision to transfer me to the position of Regional Operations Director. I currently manage 4 hotels, 3 restaurants, and several under construction facilities.

Motivation in work: I have several factors, thanks to which every day I want to go "to work as a holiday, in a good way:
- interests: if you work enthusiastically, working time flies unnoticed. And even if someone believes that over time work becomes a routine, I do not agree with this - you can always look at your business from a different angle and do the same, but better, better, faster, more efficiently.
- team: be part of the team, and it does not matter what position you occupy in it.
- social security: the company Reikarts, one of the few in which worthy material rewards for the quality performance of the duties assigned to the employee, formal registration, paid leave, sick leave, free meals for employees.
- the possibility of self-realization: every day we have the opportunity to influence the processes occurring in the company, to receive recognition and respect from the guests, management and colleagues, to be able to be realized in the work.

The secret of productivity: I try always to distribute plans, tasks for the day, for the week, month, year on Steven Covey's time management matrix (important - urgent, important - non-urgent, unimportant, urgent, unimportant-non-urgent).

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz: when you come to Reikarts, do not worry that you did not do half of what our employees do at the previous place of work. Overstate fear, settle for a new one. Usually for fear and anxiety lies something unknown, something that you have not encountered yet. This is precisely the zone of development, because it is unexplored, it gives a powerful impetus to growth, rapid progress, improvement. Having managed to cross this barrier, you will gain new knowledge, skills, and an opportunity for personal and career self-realization!

How I see my further development in the company: February - July 2017 - transition to the category of Manager-Mentor; 2018 - transition to the post of the head of the direction, Deputy OD.

Autobiography: in 2009 I graduated from the Zaporozhye Engineering Academy as a civil engineer. The first official work experience  in a construction company as a design engineer.

Career path with Reikartz: I started in the hotel Reykarts Zaporozhye in May 2012 as a mechanic. Having worked for one year, I had self-confidence, however, for career growth I needed experience, so another year I took over knowledge from managers and more experienced colleagues. My efforts were not in vain, and the manager of the hotel received an offer to become an engineer. After 1.5 years I took part in the contest "Grow with Reikarts". After training on the results of the program, I received an offer to become a manager in Dnieper. Career growth for me has never been the goal, most likely it is a tool that allows you to do more and better. In order to be useful, you need to understand how the whole hotel works, so in time I learned the basics of work and interaction of all the hotel divisions.

Motivation in work for me: this is the desire to be the best in my business. For sure, this is not possible, but it is for this reason that this motivation has such a lasting effect. Financial motivation plays an important role, but I do not do things that are not acceptable to me even for money.

The biggest achievement in life: now my greatest achievement is my family (son, wife, family). I try, develop and work for their benefit.

The secret of productivity: in work it is important to do everything qualitatively, so that you can be proud of what has been done.

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz: I advise you not to limit yourself to the scope of your position, help colleagues and respect the principles of the company. Apply flexibility of mind, logic and common sense, because the same task can be solved by several options, but the goal is one, get the right answer. Still I advise always to work for the result and not to look around.
