Self-portrait: throughout 2007-2012. Studied at the Institute of Foreign Philology of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, graduated with a master's degree in "Philology. English Language and Literature ". Before the beginning of the academic year, several proposals were received from educational institutions of Zhytomyr about employment. I was not ready to work as a teacher, so I started looking for something more interesting, and as a result, accidentally got to information about recruiting employees for the position of the porter in the new opening hotel of the company Reykarts. After studying all the information about the company, immediately realized: "I want to go there!".
Career path with Reikartz: by the time of sending my resume, the porter's job was already closed, and I was offered a job as a doorman, to which I immediately agreed. I do not know why, but at that time I understood - "the doorman is only the beginning", and it's always necessary to start with something, not always and immediately it turns out to become a director.
About a month later, the NSPR vacancy became actual in the hotel. I had the hope that someone from the porter would be promoted and get a vacant position. A few days later, I was summoned to the management and began to conduct an interview. After an oral interview and a test of knowledge in practice, I was given a trial probation for the position of the NPRP, bypassing the post of the porter. For some time I sat and did not believe in what was happening! At the position of the NPRS I worked for 1.5 years. Then I was transferred to another position.
Due to the expansion of the network, the increase in the number of hotels and restaurants, in July 2019 the management of the company made the decision to transfer me to the position of Regional Operations Director. I currently manage 4 hotels, 3 restaurants, and several under construction facilities.
Motivation in work: I have several factors, thanks to which every day I want to go "to work as a holiday, in a good way:
- interests: if you work enthusiastically, working time flies unnoticed. And even if someone believes that over time work becomes a routine, I do not agree with this - you can always look at your business from a different angle and do the same, but better, better, faster, more efficiently.
- team: be part of the team, and it does not matter what position you occupy in it.
- social security: the company Reikarts, one of the few in which worthy material rewards for the quality performance of the duties assigned to the employee, formal registration, paid leave, sick leave, free meals for employees.
- the possibility of self-realization: every day we have the opportunity to influence the processes occurring in the company, to receive recognition and respect from the guests, management and colleagues, to be able to be realized in the work.
The greatest achievement in life: my family
The secret of productivity: I try always to distribute plans, tasks for the day, for the week, month, year on Steven Covey's time management matrix (important - urgent, important - non-urgent, unimportant, urgent, unimportant-non-urgent).

Advice to those who just begin career in Reikartz: when you come to Reikarts, do not worry that you did not do half of what our employees do at the previous place of work. Overstate fear, settle for a new one. Usually for fear and anxiety lies something unknown, something that you have not encountered yet. This is precisely the zone of development, because it is unexplored, it gives a powerful impetus to growth, rapid progress, improvement. Having managed to cross this barrier, you will gain new knowledge, skills, and an opportunity for personal and career self-realization!
How I see my further development in the company: February - July 2017 - transition to the category of Manager-Mentor; 2018 - transition to the post of the head of the direction, Deputy OD.
