- The certificate can be purchased for cash, using a payment card in the hotels of the network*, by non-cash payment.
- The minimum amount of the certificate order is 2500 UAH.
- If the amount of the check exceeds the face value of the certificate, an additional payment of the difference in the hotel is provided.
- If the amount of the check is less than the face value of the certificate, the balance can be used for additional hotel services (restaurant, spa). Check the details at the hotel reception or in the reservation department at 0-800-304-500, gift@reikartz.com
- Certificates are valid for 24 months. Once the certificate expires, it cannot be used. The expiration date is indicated on the certificate itself
- The certificate cannot be returned or restored in case of loss.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It is not possible to split the face value of the certificate into several different payments.
- The validity of the certificate extends to accommodation services in hotels of the "Reikartz Hotel Group" network.
- The certificate can be used only in the hotels of the "Reikartz Hotel Group" network. The certificate is not valid in hotels of the "UA Hotel Alliance" marketing network
- The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the certificate and is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget. A mandatory condition for exemption from the payment of the tourist tax is the presence of a travel order for the guest upon arrival.
