May 15 was a training for chefs under the slogan "Management for Chef Reikartz Hotel Group".
A professional chef, in the modern sense, should combine not only the culinary talent, but also understand management and be a competent manager. Reikartz Hotel Group helps develop these skills and provides tools for it.
The training program was based on problematic HACCP issues and Ukrainian legislation, the analysis of accounting results, what is the "personal chef's brand" and practical cases for non-standard situations - must have themes for kitchen managers.
