The season of New Year holidays has already ended and the closure of the New Year's Residence of St. Nicholas in Kamyanets-Podilskyi was held.
During the time of the Residence, from 15.12.2018 to 01.08.2019, St. Nicholas and Santa Claus hospitably met 3003 children and adults, received 43 letters to their charming box, presented children with 96 kg of cookies and 18.3 kg of sweets and almost a month of good festive mood with gaming programs and master classes.
The whole creative group with fairy-tale characters greeted not only guests of the Residence on the holiday, but also visited the district and city kindergartens, boarding schools and sanatoriums, among them: Kindergarten number 3, which deals with autistic children; Kindergarten № 17; Regional Children's Specialized Sanatorium; Boarding school in Orinin, where you study, including children from dysfunctional families, orphans.
But among the planned events, after the return of children from forced quarantine, the New Year's heroes will congratulate the forthcoming holidays of the Special Education Boarding School, which teaches children with visual impairment and the Multidisciplinary Training and Rehabilitation Center for hearing impaired children and special needs.
"New Year's Residence is a real fairy tale for children and a holiday for adults! And I would like to thank all those who visited the Residence for all those who help to develop this project only for the sake of a smile and happy children's eyes, filled with faith in a real miracle! After all, this unites us here, at the New Year's Residence of St. Nicholas", - says Andrei Korchak, manager of the Reikartz Hotel Kamenets-Podilsky.
A fairy tale for children and a holiday for adults - is waiting for its continuation already next winter.
