A two-day workshop-workshop from the Academy of Hospitality magazine will take place on June 5-6 in Kiev; the general partner of the event is the hotel chain Reikartz Hotel Group. This summer, the organizers will present a new interactive format - without ties and formalities. Business training is aimed at the comprehensive development of the individual and the creation of a business designer for the heyday of business.
The two-day program is divided into thematic sections. The first day will be devoted to the crash-test of the personality, where they will reveal the topics of oratory, physiognomy, and techniques of negotiation. On the second day, experts in the fields of HoReCa, Marketing and HR will present business cases on product promotion to the market with the help of SMM and the CEO, and also explain why standardization of personnel work is needed, what problems arise when implementing and monitoring standards and how to solve them.
The company Reikartz Hotel Group will be presented by Andrey Dema, Network Operations Director with the theme “Hotel franchise as a tool for increasing business efficiency” and will talk about the strength of the network brand and the system approach in building the hotel business in the market.
