On December 8th and 9th in Odessa the Junior Championship of Southern Region-2018 was held.
The championship was attended by a team of young chefs Reikartz from the Czech-German pub Život A Pivo (Cherkassy), the Georgian cafe "Stumari" (Cherkassy) and the bar "American bar & grill" (Vinnitsa).
The team of young chefs won gold in team competitions, and showed a good result by taking second place in the overall standings. The team consists of: Stroutinsky Maxim, American bar & grill (Vinnitsa), Gumenyuk Tatyana, American bar & grill (Vinnitsa), Shklar Alexey, "Stumari" (Cherkasy), Petrenko Dmitry, "Zhivot A Pivo" (Cherkasy) .
The jury consisted of: the winner of the show Master Master, Hasmik Gasparyan, Chef Michelin, Franck Bailly (France), chairman of the Association of Chefs of the South of Ukraine - Viktor Titov, finalist of the show "Master Chef" Alex Maznitsyn and finalist Ilya Vasyutinsky show "Master-chef. Dety".
