The goal of the contest is to develop culinary art in Ukraine, to improve the chefs skill level in the Reikartz restaurant chain, and to attract all interested people to the gastronomy culture.
Therefore, the solemn event is open to all guests interested in culinary art!.
The jury consists of:
• The concept chef Jean-Louis Duger, France;
• Restaurant guru Pierre Brisboa, Canada;
• President of the Culinary Association of Ukraine Mikhail Peresichny, Ukraine.
The competition will be held with the assistance of sponsors: METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine, Khortytsa, Oreanda, Coca-Cola, Culinary Association of Ukraine.
The contest is held in 3 stages, the two previous ones determined the best masters among three regions of the country – Central, Western and Eastern. The opportunity to participate has fallen to all willing employees of the company Reikartz from professionals to amateurs.
