Rules of Reikartz Corporate Guest loyalty program
Terms and conditions of Reikartz Corporate Guest card apply only to the owner.
The guest can take advantage of the card only for the room in which he lives.
The card is valid only in the case of payment by cash on arrival.
The card is valid only at rates Rack Rate and Rack10 but provided when the discount for accommodation is not more than 10%.
The guest can not book rooms using the Reikartz Corporate Guest card through ADS or GDS systems (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), as well as through travel agents and tour operators.
Benefits of the card may be used after pre-registration and by filling the application form. In order to use your card, show it to receptionist.
Benefits of the Reikartz Corporate Guest card obtained at the reception desk at the hotel-participant of the program can be used only during the next check-in in the hotel.
While using the advantages of the Reikartz Corporate Guest card, participant is not entitled to other benefits of other cards or other offers.
Free dinner is provided only in business hotels of the national chain Reikartz Hotels & Resorts.
Free dinner is provided from 06:00 P.M. on the arrival day and until closing time.
Corporate dinner is provided only with a physical presence of the card and during business hours of the restaurant.
Only guests, who travel to Ukraine for business purposes, can participate in loyalty program Reikartz Corporate Guest.
Participation in loyalty program Reikartz Corporate Guest is voluntary. The participant may terminate its participation by sending to Contact Center a written notice to the email address email@example.com at any time.
Filling out the application form, the Participant accepts the conditions of participation in the loyalty program Reikartz Corporate Guest.
In case of loss or theft of the card, the member has to inform the Contact center by sending an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of changing contact information of the Participant, provided by first registration, you should inform by sending an e-mail email@example.com.
