The hotel has 84 comfortable modern rooms with private balconies. Each number is not repeated, it has its own design. The window offers a gorgeous view of the park area of the hotel with mighty tall oaks and spruces. The main direction of our hotel is the mineral waters "NAFTUSYA" and "MARIA". Based on these medicinal waters, the hotel provides a wide range of medical, cosmetic and massage services. The hotel has a mineral water pump room.

The hotel has its own restaurant with two halls and a summer terrace. One buffet room (60 seats), the second a la carte room with a bar (two-level with stained-glass windows, 80 seats).

The room rate includes: accommodation, Wi-Fi, meals (depending on the selected tariff), consultation with a therapist, access to the mineral water pump room, parking.

From January 1, 2019, a decision of the local council established a tourist tax rate of 0.2% - for residents (domestic tourism) and 0.2% - for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law as of January 1 of the reporting years for one person for each day of temporary accommodation of a person at the hotel.

Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without extra bed. The cost of placing children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed in the room depends on the selected meal rate.
