Every year, the organizers create interesting gaming programs designed for children of all ages.
The Residence of St. Nicholas opens in December in Kamyanets-Podilsky on the winter holidays each year. This is a social nonprofit project that was launched in 2013. The residence is organized by the Reikartz Kamianets-Podilsky with the support of the City Council. The main mission of the project is to give children a fairy tale.
The hotel Reikartz Kamianets-Podilsky is located in a restored mansion with authentic cellars of the 16th and 18th centuries. It will be the meeting place for children of Ukraine with St. Nicholas and Santa Claus.
During the period of the Residence in 2013-2018, there have been were more than 38 000 people. The New Year's Residence in the Kamianets-Podilsky can be rightly called the largest in Podillya.

Room price includes: accommodation of your choice, buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, taxes (except for tourist tax). From February 6, 2019, the local council established a tourist tax rate of 0,4% for resident (domestic tourism) and 0,4% for non-resident (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law for January 1 of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accomodation of a person at the hotel.
Children up to 5 years are allowed to stay with their parents for free, with no extra beds provided. The cost of an extra bed for use by children over the age of 5 and by adults is 400 UAH.
If the Guest has a temperature higher than 37.2 ° C, or there are signs of ARVI, the hotel reserves the right to deny the Guest accommodation due to quarantine.
